I have two bits of news I am so excited to share. Drumroll please....

I have been working really hard and I am happy to announce I am switching blogs. I am super excited to bring you a blog that is more me and my style: modern, clean, crisp and fresh. Announcment #2, It's officially time to start thinking about pictures for your Holiday cards. I know it seems early, but you want to get ahead of not so pleasant winter weather and take advantage of the beautiful fall colors and temperatures. So I am pleased to announce my Holiday Mini-Sessions. These sessions are great for caputuring your family and this year I am throwing in an 11 X 14 print with your session. Here are the details:

School Boy

Look who is an official School Boy, yes Landon. He started preschool today. I have been very nervous about sending him, because he has a lot of seperation anxiety when I leave him. He usually cries when I have someone babysit him and he even ran away once while he was at someones house (he was trying to get back home). When the subject has been brought up about school he gets all upset and says he doesn't want to go. I took him at the end of last week to his meet the teacher night and he actually had fun playing with toys while we were there, so I was hopeful that maybe he would be alright. I also gave the teacher a heads up to his seperation issues. Over the last couple of days I have been calling him my school boy and telling him how neat it is that he gets to take his backpack to school just like Madie and Ethan. I told him this morning that we were going to go take his school picture out by the raspberries just like we did with Madie and Ethan. He did really well this morning and never cried. He looked a little worried and like he might cry, but he never did. We got to school, went to the potty, and headed up to his classroom. We unloaded his supplies, hung up his backpack and I got him started at a little shapes activity that was set up at the table. I told his teacher I was leaving, she went over and started talking to him about the activity, I gave him a little wave and off we went. I got a call from my friend whose little boy is in the same class and she told me he was doing great. When we picked him up he was all smiles and ran to his cubby to show me his cookie he decorated. I am so glad he had a great time and hope that everyday it will get a little easier.

Seven is Super

This handsome guy just turned seven which seems crazy to me. It doesn't seem like it was that long ago he was just a new little baby, but low and behold he is growing like a weed and is not only seven, but has also just lost his two front teeth. I love this boy so much, he is a super hero in my book (and if you know him at all, you know he LOVES superheroes).

Back to School

I can't believe it's already back to school time. Is it just me or did the summer go by way too fast. I sure am going to miss having these two at home during the day. I now officially have two all dayers, a preschooler, and a toddler. How did this happen? I hope your back to school was great. I can't wait to hear how their days went.

My Little Lady

I just love this girl, so much. She turned 9 all the way back in April and I just took her out to get some pictures, I know that's pretty bad. She brings so much joy, happiness, and fun to our family. It's so amazing to watch her growing and maturing. She truly is turning into a "Little Lady".

Can you believe this beauty is only 16. I know I didn't look like that 16. I told her mom she better watch out, because the boys are going to be a coming. Not only is she beautiful, but a super great young women too. We had so much fun taking these and "L" was great to direct and work with. Thanks "L" for being such a great subject.

Sister

I had the chance to take some pictures of my older sister over the weekend and it was so fun. Jessie's husband is in the Air Force so she moves around alot and unfortunately we don't get to see each other very often so it was great to see her and my nephews. I know what you are thinking sister? Yes she is tall, skinny, long hair, and blue eyes, but I promise we are sisters, she just got the better genes I think :) !!!

Oli

I can't believe this handsome little guy is already sitting it seems like yesterday I was taking his newborn pictures. What a sweet, well tempered baby. Thank goodness his brothers and Dad were there because he was only giving out smiles to them.

Daisy

This sweet little girl was so fun to take pictures of. She was smily and happy which is always great when you are working with little ones her age. Her mom was the winner of my mini-session giveaway. We had to reschedule once due to weather, but it was worth the wait, because we got some great pictures.

Landon { 4 yrs. old }

This handsome little fellow just turned four, but don't let this cute little face fool you he isn't all sugar, he has plenty of spicy moments. He is defintely the middle child. He loves Lightening McQueen, lollipops, being outside, riding his bike, looking at books, snuggling, he knows all his ABC's and the sounds they make, he loves to wear hats and does almost everyday, he is always trying to keep up with is older brother and sister, is often bugged that his baby brother tries to play with his toys, but most of all he is loved. Happy Birthday Landon, it's hard to believe you are already four.

Alexis

This sweet little thing (that just happens to be my niece) just turned 3. I can't believe how fast she has grown up. I have to laugh because her and my Landon's birthday are just two days apart, but Landon is a year older and Alexis is taller. Watch out Tracey she is going to be a tall, strawberry blonde bombshell someday.
